Project Overview

“Bola Himoyasi” (Узбекча “Бола ҳимояси”) is a child protection and safety platform initiated in Uzbekistan. Its mission is to protect the rights, safety and well-being of every child, especially minors who may be exposed to harmful information, abuse, or neglect.

The platform provides:

Educational courses and video tutorials

Helpful materials and resources for children, parents, and caregivers

A news section with updates related to child protection and legal developments

A chatbot / Q\&A feature to answer questions and provide guidance on child safety issues

A statistical dashboard or appeal-tracking system showing how many applications or reports have been submitted, registered users, etc.

A help center and risk-assessment or victim-reporting (“viktimlik”) section.

The stated goal is: “Through awareness, help and action, we create a secure future for children.”

The platform is linked to Tashkent State Law University.
